Managing your own account
You can edit your user details when you are logged in to Populum by clicking your name in the top right corner and choosing “Manage account“. In the manage account section, you can edit the following information:
Your name is used as your display name in Populum, for example in the organization tree. You can change your name if it is incorrect by entering the correct name(s) and choosing “Update”.
Your email address is used by us to send emails to you. It is also your username, and if you change your email address, your username will also be changed (your password will however stay the same).
By adding a phone number, you will also receive survey links by SMS (provided that your organization has activated the SMS feature). Make sure to also include the country code in the phone number (i.e. on the form +46 70 555 55 55).
Your preferred language is the language in which you are using Populum and responding to surveys. Please note that it is your preferred language, and the full Populum platform may not be available in your language. If this is the case, you may see the user interface in English, whilst answering survey questions in your preferred language.
Report emails are sent out automatically after each completed survey. If you would like to not receive these emails, you can set this setting to “Off”.
Your organization may also be using other kinds of user information for statistical or analytical purposes, such as job title, age or geographic location. If this is the case, these settings will also be visible for you, and you can add or change this information as desired.
