A user may be temporarily inactivated (paused) from participating in surveys, for instance during sick leave or parental leave. A paused user is still part of the organizational tree, and still has access to Populum and the team reports.
To temporarily pause a user:
- Navigate to the user in the organization tree by clicking “Organization” and searching for the user’s name or email address.
- Click the gear wheel next to the user’s name.
- Choose “Pause“.
- Choose the date when the user should be reactivated again, or choose “Pause indefinitely” if the reactivation date is unknown.
To activate a temporarily paused user:
- Navigate to the user in the organization tree by clicking “Organization” and searching for the user’s name or email address.
- Click the gear wheel next to the user’s name.
- Choose “Edit pause”.
- Choose “Reactivate [Name]“.
